London: June 27^th 2012: Berlinguer, publisher of FTSE Global Markets is pleased to announce that Peter Keith has joined the firm to lead client sales.

Peter will spearhead the first stage of a restructuring of the FTSE Global Markets’ client-facing business and will bring to bear over 25 years experience of working with leading financial institutions to help them best present their market expertise to their own current and prospective clients.

Peter joins most recently from financial markets data provider mtn-i. Previously Peter has worked at the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Euromoney, Risk Publications and The Banker. He brings well rounded career experience to his new role and we look forward to providing our clients with an enhanced range of marketing and client communication options.

The restructuring of the client sales service follows the impending departure of Paul Spendiff, Publishing Director, who will leave the business over the summer. Paul was a founding director of FTSE Global Markets and has been an integral force in building the global franchise. His contribution to the firm has been immeasurable and undoubtedly he will be missed.
